My age and experience have enabled me to become a master negotiator, and I believe that every opportunity can bring about a positive outcome. I started in construction in my teenage years and have personally renovated and sold 4 homes, giving me a depth of knowledge unique to the property industry. This inspired my passion for real estate and lead me to complete an intensive property development course 15 years ago. I now not only have an impressive foundation in real estate, but have built the tools to assist in acquisition for potential development sites, and the ability to provide input for architects with regard to changing market forces and buyer patterns.
